The Bingo is very well run, people nice, TJ is awesome, the young gal with dark hair is great.not sure of the name.but the staff is great, bingo is fun with a great variety of games. Then I went to Bingo and the director announced a Sept event where if you bought in by noon you got 500 points.and I was like I bought in at 11 and no one mentioned this.so I went to the desk and Des immediately came and checked the glitch out and I was given a comp.I was beyond impressed with the way they took a situation where a guest could get annoyed and owned it and resolved it. The lady was super nice, nails looked great, and I had a nice time. She gave me a comp for dinner which was a seafood Buffett and extremely tasty! I had booked a manicure because the offer had a $35 comp that then wasn't there so I changed it to a cheaper express and had a nice time. Des at the reward desk was outstanding and professional and handled it well. Disappointing but I really had only gone once in the last year so I was surprised the offers were so great. Prairie Band sent me a lot of great offers and I had a day off so I decided why not? When I got there my offers that were in the app were not in their system.
